Catrin Evans-Williams, HND (Legal Studies)
Born and raised in the village of Penygroes, my husband (a local business owner) and I returned to raise our four beautiful children. I also joined the family lettings business. Previous to this, for five years, I served as a Military Police Officer in Her Majesty's Forces.

For 200 years, the Evans family has lived in Penygroes, and for over 100 years, generations of my family have been landlords. The one exception was my Grandfather, also a Landlord, who ran a successful butcher’s shop on Bridge Street, Penygroes.

As well as raising four children, I studied hard to gain a HND in Legal Studies. I am also a member of (NAEA).  With my experience as a landlady, matriarch, and the knowledge I have gained through continuous study, I am able to use my expertise to provide a specialised knowledge within residential property letting, providing my clients with the reassurance and service they seek.

Evans Estates can provide you with an all-round lettings package and service with a professional and personal touch. My main ambition is to provide you, the customer, with the best possible service, whether you are a landlord or a tenant. I also believe that with my Legal Studies qualification and further study in Residential Letting and Property Management, I can offer you the very best service and peace of mind.

Evans Estates provides landlords with three personal lettings services, depending on your needs. By working closely with our clients, we build trusting relationship, and you will be 100% assured that you are in good hands. Evans Estaes also goes beyond the more conventional Letting Agency, providing you with six months guaranteed advice upon commencement of the tenancy. Whatever the problem, we are here to help.

Our full management package is stress-free, for both landlord and tenant because Evans Estaes will handle EVERYTHING. From advertising and marketing your property, finding the best tenant for your property and managing the tenancy, we will provide you with a high quality service. We aim to minimise the stress, but maximise the quality of service and results for our customers.

Evans Estates charge a fixed fee upon completion of Sale to sell your property, our services offer the same as all other Hight Street Estate Agencies, less the commission.  All our payments are Inclusive of VAT.  At a Fixed Fee of 1% (inclusive of VAT) upon completion of Sale, we have saved our sellers thousands of pounds.

We pride ourselves on having an excellent Sales and Rentals repuation and our personal service is next to nothing, we always have time to talk to our clients.
